Default snow? it's only the 2nd of October!!

ok, seriously, it is snowing outside. Last week, the kids were wearing shorts! Today, winter jackets, toques & mitts!!

currently they are calling it flurries, then it's supposed to be showers this afternoon, rain this evening, and then rain and snow tomorrow. Make it go away!!!!

Reason #1 why I dont' live in Canada. I could NEVER deal with that nonsense. I love snow, but good lord that is absurd.

You think that's bad. The snow in Colorado started two weeks ago...on the last day of summer! Luckily not where I live but still, it came dang early. Our temperature dropped from like 80s to 40s real quick.

Precisely! We don't have snow yet...and we usually have at least one threat of light snow by now.

This is true. Normally we don't get snow in the community at this time of year, usually at the tops of the mountains. I guess that's what I get for living in the Rockies. hehehe

Were we used to live (about 9-10 hours NW of here), we were lucky if we got snow by Christmas! Winter boots were not mandatory there like they are here. lol

Ugh, I live in ND and it was in the 80s last week. This week, 50s-60s and rain. I bet we have snow before Halloween, too. Yuck.

I saw a few flurries here this morning- I live on the very bottom of Vermont. So not funny- at all!
We dug out the winter gear last night- my son went to school in a hat, gloves, and winter jacket this morning. Yuck! This weekend we're doing the weather proofing stuff to our house. Nice... not!

Needless to say my health is shot thanks to the weather.

Got it! One snowfall in and you will be calling me begging to switch back. Specially since I live in the flattest place on earth so you can't even go snowboarding or sledding (other than on our manmade hills...lol..serisously!)

WOW! I'm not ready for that either! Could be the reason my knees are hurting so bad today is YOUR snow? It usually only hurts when we're supposed to have a severe weather change around here. lol

My 14yo was just telling me the other day he outgrew his winter coat...maybe I better get that ordered soon!
