Default it's my time

When is your most productive time to scrap?

For me, it's in the wee hours of the morning, when I'm sipping my coffee.

The ADD kicks in at night (hell, even in the afternoon) and I get nothing done but 'net surfing.

I get my best work done yes in the late hours at night after everyone is sleeping, or when I have the house to myself on rare occasion and only have like 30 minutes or so then I think it's like a race and I try and see if I can get just half a layout done before I need to leave or someone is back

Yep. Definitely morning for me. I read from about 7:00-8:00 and then scrap/organize/plan till about 9:30. I can also sneak in some time in the afternoon if I've gotten the crap for the day mostly finished.

Morning for me too. I can work all day, of course, but I'm most productive until noon

No specific time really, mostly on Sunday and Monday since those are my days off. I just try to scrap when I have more than 30 minutes free, which isn't all that often during my work week.

I will say that it's not early in the morning because I work early in the morning 4:30 am is my start time), so if I get to scrap during the week it's in the evening after supper if there's nothing going on.

I'm always inspired to scrap first thing in the morning. Problem is...I have to go to work most mornings. If only I could figure out how to make money while scrapping!

Marie, 4:30? What do you do? (I'm SURE you've talked about it but I can't remember. Sorry.)

IKR? My boys watch video gamers live streams all the time, and these dudes can make some serious money! A few of the them use it as their full time job. So the question is... how do I set up live scrapbook streaming and get people to pay me, lol!

LOL - I'm the quality assurance manager for a big medical transcription company in our state. I work from home and I'm a morning person so I set my hours and try to get started by 4:30/5 am so I can be done by the time Cheyanne gets out of school. That way I can make it to all her games/meets throughout the year and in the summer I'm done in time to head outside long before the sun goes down A couple days a month I have to go on site at one of the various hospitals in the state, so those days I don't start as early, unless I have a long way to travel

I'm a night owl so I'm most in my element between the kids bedtime (8 ish) and 2 am. I always hate myself come 7 a.m. wakeup time but when the creative juices are flowing I don't stop them!

My only free time to scrap with the toddler is naptime (early afternoon) or after bedtime (8:30 pm - 12 am). I'm more of a night owl but I've been so tired these days that it's been take-it-or-leave-it when it comes to creativity so I do what I can when I feel like I can.

I am NOT a morning person! Sometimes if I have a little time I can get something done during the day but mostly I live for my "me" time at night to scrap!

Morning for me too!
Around 7 a.m. is the best time to begin for me.

I do most of my scrapping in the afternoon. I've tried to do it in the morning, but my brain just won't engage. I've tried, but I just get too distracted by everything I "should be" doing.

My most productive time to do anything is when I'm off social media. Best time to scrap, when I am done with a kit or feeling sick.

I'm at my best at anytime during the day, but unfortunately that's when I have the least time available to scrap because of kids, work, household stuff, etc. I get too tired from about 9pm onwards because I have to get up early for work some days (4.30am).

My optimum scrappy time is right when I wake up and just after the boys go to school. Night time just before bed is when I feel like doing a cleaning spree... not the most conventional but I don't care.... no point cleaning while the kids are awake and ALWAYS eating.... and I like it already clean in the morning so I don't feel guilty sitting and scrapping.

That depends on whether we're talking my ideal time or reality. Reality lately has been that I don't get "my time" until 10 pm to 1 am, so by the time I finally get to scrap I'm tired and end up wasting time online instead. Ideally I'd love to scrap in the late morning or early evening. I've always been a night person but lately I'm stuck in the catch 22 that the only way I have time for things is to stay up too late, but when I stay up too late I don't have the mental energy for them.

This is how I scrap right now. Kiddos are in bed by 9pm, so I have between 9 and 2am to scrap. My toddler wakes up at 2 am, so it all kind of ends then. I try to scrap on my husband's computer, which is also the same room as all the toys but my son gets joy out of asking me to get something for him and then running to sit in the chair.

My most productive time though is definitely between 9 and 2am IF I am not sleepy. Lately, sleep has taken over, so when I scrap it's between 1 am and 7 am before I have get my daughter ready for school.

This exactly. Except I work during nap time which only gives me after bed but I've been so tired lately I keep falling asleep with the computer on my lap.

So much yes to this. I feel like things take me 10x as long lately because I'm zoning out, haha. But it's the best time I have so I've been trying to make it work. Downside is if I stay up too late then I really regret it when I have to get up with little boy.
