Here's my beef and noodle recipe:

1 pound sirloin tips, cubed
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 package beef with onion soup mix
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 cup water
1 package wide egg noodles

Preheat oven to 400.
In a 13x9 inch casserole dish, combine the mushroom and beef onion soups, canned mushrooms and water. Mix thoroughly and add beef tips. Turn to coat well. Bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour. While beef tips are baking, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Serve beef tips and sauce over noodles.

As for pork chops, I just coat mine in flour and fry in some canola oil seasoning with garlic powder, salt and pepper.

But, my mom makes these and they are yummy:

6 pork chops
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
2 cans condensed golden mushroom soup

Preheat oven to 375.
Rinse pork chops, pat dry and place them in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a separate small bowl, combine the onion, mushrooms and soup. Mix together well and spoon over the chops. Cover and bake at 375 for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake for 15 more minutes.

We like our pork with sweet and sour sauce!!! This recipe calls for a pork loin but I've made it with bone in chops and boneless chops...it's all just as good!!!

Slow Cooked Sweet & Sour Pork (WW 8 Points)
1 1/2 pounds pork loins, lean, boneless -- cut into cubes
8 ounces canned pineapple chunks in juice – undrained (unsweetened juice)
1 medium red bell pepper -- cut into squares OR green bell pepper
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 cup vinegar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 cups cooked rice

In 3-1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker, combine pork, pineapple, bell pepper, brown sugar, ginger, vinegar and soy sauce. Mix well. Cover; cook on LOW setting for 6 to 8 hours. About 5 minutes before serving, in small bowl, combine 3 tablespoons water and cornstarch; blend well. Stir into pork mixture in slow cooker. Cover; cook on high setting for an additional 5 minutes or until thickened. Serve pork mixture over rice. Makes 4 servings

Prepare rice 25 minutes before serving.

Okay, really simple, but amazing porkchops!
make a maranade of canned sliced pineapple (use both the pineapple & the juice) & soy sauce. SOrry don't know the amounts. haha. Soak porkchops in the maranade overnight. Then, grill the chops & pineapples! YUMMY!

I have an awesome slow-cooker recipe for pork chops that uses cherry pie filling - soooooo tasty! When I get home from work, I'll post the recipe.

Take a can of cream of mushroom soup and a full can of milk mixed and put in a baking dish. Put chops in soup. Mix up enough stove top stuffing to cover them and cook them until the pork is done and the stuffing is crispy on the edges.

I've got a couple recipes:

Lazy Lasagna
1 lb ground beef
1 small-medium onion, chopped
1 jar pasta sauce
italian seasoning (couple good shakes)
1 can mushrooms (or fresh)
lots of cooked noodles
cottage cheese (as much as preferred)
grated mozza cheese
~ Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Add sauce and seasoning. Dump in mushrooms and let simmer for 5 minutes. Add cooked noodles and simmer another 5 minutes. Add splashes of water if the mixture seems to be drying out. When all is heated through, add cottage cheese and stir. Serve hot with mozza sprinkled on top (or you can mix it right into the lasagna and have it really stringy & gooey).

Sorry I don't have actual measurements for that recipe. I just made it up one night as a homemade version of Hamburger Helper. I just dumped stuff in and it tasted good, lol!

Here is a really yummy pork chop recipe I've made a couple times:

Ginger Ale Pork Chops
2 large onions, sliced into rings
1/4 butter, divided
4-6 pork chops
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp flour
1 cup ginger ale
~ Melt half the butter in skillet over medium heat. Add onions and saute until lightly browned. Remove onions to a 2qt baking dish. In the same skillet, brown the chops in the remaining peice of butter. Place chops over onions in the baking dish and sprinkle with brown sugar.
~ Blend ketchup with flour to make a paste; add ginger ale and stir well. Pour ginger ale mixture over the chops, sprinkle with salt & pepper.
~ Bake at 350* for about an hour or until chops are tender. Serve with rice.

We love these pork chops! I usually double the amount of soup and water to have more gravy, and serve it with mashed potatoes. I've also gotten a boneless pork roast and cut it up instead of using pork chops (the pork roast costs less than the pork chops).

CROCK POT CHICKEN FRIED PORK CHOPS

1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp salt
1-1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder
6 pork chops, trimmed
2 T. vegetable oil
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/3 cup water

In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt, mustard and garlic powder; dredge pork chops. In a skillet, brown the chops on both sides in oil. Place in a slow cooker or crock pot. Combine soup and water; pour over chops. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender. If desired, thicken pan juices and serve with the pork chops.

Easiest pork chops ever!

Mix equal parts honey and dijon mustard. Coat side with mix and then sprinkle with red and black pepper (or pepper mix), flip coat other side. Cook in oven. Enjoy!
