Default What's for dinner? :)

My hubby is downstairs cooking Beef Wellington for dinner (he has an extreme new obsession with Alton Brown and cooking). Can't say I mind!! He doesn't even want my help....but it smells SOOOO good, I'm salivating already and just want to be in the kitchen. Yum, Yum!

So what's everyone got cookin' tonight? Any favorite recipes I can pass along to DH to try?

Raising Cane's. You probably don't know what I'm talking about unless you live in Louisiana.

Looks like it will be a Lean Pocket. I'm not sure that even qualifies as actual, edible food, let alone a dinner.

Lucky you! I've always wanted to try Beef Wellington.

For tonights dinner, I'll be bbqing a tri-tip. I baked home made parker house rolls (from Bobby Flays recipe) and will be baking potatoes and corn on the cob (white corn).

DH is out of town so I am taking it easy with the Morningstar veggie burger and a salad! But of course, I'll be saving room for the Skinny Cow fudge bars. I just "discovered" those and I luv them! Only 100 calories too!

I was going to BBQ some chicken burgers for me and prep some beef burgers for hubby to BBQ when he got home from work, but we are having a summer storm right now. So I guess I'll be frying them inside. I don't have to make hubby's until later (someone, remind me in chat tonight that I have to do it before he gets home!! hehehee).

So a chicken burger, salad & potato chips (that's my treat for tonight).

Homemade pizza! We tried a new vegan cheese and the boys liked it just fine - which is awesome! Kind of a lot of work compared to getting takeout but so nice to have some pizza that Sam can eat.

DH is at work so I had a Smart Ones Lasagna Florentine and 2 Freshetta garlic bread sticks that were supposed to be FILLED with pizza sauce. I wonder what happened to the filling....

Tomorrow we are grilling burgers. Sunday we are having steaks, homemade macaroni salad and my special baked beans. YUM!!!
