Hey chickies!
If you signed up for our newsletter or store emails using an ATT family email address (att.net, sbcglobal.net, bellsouth.net, sometimes yahoo.com) they have us blocked... again. I am trying to get us unblocked and also have our webmaster working on a better email solution so they don't keep blocking us, but they are notorious for insta-blocking email servers even when you reach out to be unblocked and prove you're a real business and not a spammer. If you haven't received an email with your download keys, you can always download directly from your order history. For instructions on how to do that, check out this easy tutorial... Funny, it worked fine for years and years. Why all of a sudden they have an issue is frustrating. I've already subscribed to the newsletter with my gmail, but I should change my store info also. Thanks for the update!

It's incredibly frustrating!! It is driving me crazy to reply to a customer and have their message bounce back to me as undeliverable because we're blocked.

Oh sorry Robin! I still don’t receive any mails from SSD with orange.fr but I have no idea what is the mail family. It just never receive it but no problem for receiving spam…
This is frustrating for everybody. I realize I miss other mails after that and as it’s my main adress it stress me. I went with yahoo.fr and seems to work fortunately. Thank you so much for trying to find solutions and all the time you have to take for this! I hope it will work back soon for everyone. Great job Robin! I can only imagine! |

Glad to know this wasn't just a "me" thing, but for everyone in the ATT family! So sorry they are doing this, that stinks! But thank you for being patient with us all! Also, very happy to know it wasn't a "Robin doesn't like me" type thing either!

I'm one of the bellsouth.net ones. I used to receive the newsletters every week for a couple of years. Then they stopped coming. I switched to a gmail address and I still don't receive them. lol But, I DO receive all of my sales/downloads emails through the gmail now. I just go look at the blog on a regular basis.

I don't receive the newsletter even though I have a gmail account. Like Charlene, I go to the blog to read up on the news.
