how to scrap! This past week I have had photoshop open multiple times - maybe 3-4 different layouts started - but I can't seem to get it to work! I even tried working with some templates and nothing is looking right!

LOL For several months I used Cindy's templates to scrap and the last few LOs I did were from my mind. It felt weird! LOL

I just spent a week camping, with no computer access at all. I used the time to write down some stories/memories in a journal, and now that I am home, the inspiration is really flowing. I have 14 pages of journalling to scrap now.

Maybe you should concentrate on the story for a bit, and let the decorating/scrapping come later. I often find that one inspires the other.

We got to Bali every summer for two computerless weeks, and I ALWAYS come home feeling like I've forgotten how to scrap. The first layout after I get back always feels forced and takes forever, but once I get past the first one, it starts to come back to me.

I feel your pain. This week my mojo was in the toilet! And, today, when I've actually been wanting to scrap, I've only had a small amount of time--during which I created a layout and then closed it without saving . . . cause I'm an idiot. (Weren't we just talking about this in another thread? Gah!) So, I'm hoping that tonight after the kids are in bed, I can recreate it without too much trouble. The journaling is the part I'm most upset about losing.

Hang in there Erin! Your mojo will return and you'll be back to inspiring us with all your amazing layouts!

I am right there with you, Erin!! I feel like I am kinda forcing pages but like Trish, once I can get one good page done, I seem to get back on track. Right now it's just not happening!

I feel ya. No CT and I lost all of my inspiration. Might have to apply for another CT soon and get back on the wagon.
