Ooohhh this!

http://www.kevinandamanda.com/chicken-fajita-pasta/

It's actually a little bit time consuming to make and my stainless steel pans are charred to a crisp when I'm done but it's SO yummy! It doesn't taste like fajitas in the Taco Bell sense so I hate to even call them fajitas at all. It's so so much better!

Hubs and I call it the BO dish (as in body odor) b/c the seasoning is stinky but goodness is it tasty!

Ps. Thanks for the idea. I know what we're having for dinner tonight! :P

Oooh, thank you for the recipe. Chicken fajitas are my favorite.
Love that you eat it with pasta. Got to try that myself!

Take out! In reality I cook Monday through Friday, we go out on Saturday, and Dan and I alternate cooking on Sunday. But my favorite thing to cook, by far, is nothing!

Chili, and my recipe is so easy it's not even funny

a jar of medium chunky salsa
Italian sausage, mild or hot your choice cut in chunks with casing removed
can of red kidney beans
can of black beans
can of corn
put all ingredients in a slow cooker, stir and cook on low all day.

We garnish with shredded cheese, sour cream and use Tostitos Scoops to dip.
Tastes great warmed up the next day in individual bowls.

This one - it is so easy, but tastes like mild chicken wings (without all the fat of the skin).
