*gasp* I'm going back even farther to pre-DST, here is the first layout I ever uploaded to Scrapbook-Bytes, I used Paint Shop Pro at the time and this was before I technically knew about digital scrapbooking and was using PC Crafter stuff (August 2004).
 And my first *real* scrapbook page with like actual scrapbook elements and everything, it was for like my first speed scrap at SBB. And yeah I now realize how ginormous that photo would be printed out at 12x12, I have no idea what I was thinking lol.  *Shabby Princess even commented "So precious - she is a doll and I love the LO!"* giggle, I mean this was back in August of 2004. Ok well I thought my first ever page was on acot but its not there now (not sure whats up) so there is the first digi page I posted there (the first digi site i was on). This was 1/2007
 and here is one first one posted here on 12-4-08  I'd say I've come a long way lol

Here's mine:
 Created in Photoshop. First of all, the date is wrong. I have the corrected version somewhere (2007, not 2006, DD was born 12/2006!) but can't find it right now. Secondly, what makes me so sad about this LO is that I did only two more digi pages after this and then quit. I so wish I had kept at it. I didn't pick back up w/digi-scrapping until March of this year when I found the forums & challenges here at SSD. As for my first paper page...how sad is it that I don't remember exactly which one it was? I think it might have been in a 5x7 album and made with *construction paper* so I'm pretty sure I disassembled it and put the photos in an acid-free environment. I started paper scrapping in 1995 when the whole hobby was just getting started. We're heading upstairs to play in a little bit, I'll have to grab a pic of one of my early paper LOs with my phone camera and post it later.

What a fun thread! I love seeing all these layouts! I still have some of these old kits I see in my stash.
I didn't have the guts to post a layout here until December 2008 but my first one is still at SBB. Here's my first ever from all the way back in 2007: I'm still completely intimidated by the talent here but love the challenges and everyone is so dang nice I finally started posting fairly regularly here. Here's a recent one done for the paper 2 digi challenge last month:

This is my first at DST, almost a year after I actually started scrapping. I don't even know where any of my older ones are, they are saved on DVD somewhere because I have redone em all(this one from may 2008)

my first real digi-scrapbook layouts aren't all that horrible because I only started two years ago...but how about this? Way before I even heard of digital scrapbooking...I tried to use PSE to create a little photo collage - 2005.
 Oh yeah, I did BEVEL... I think there should be a "I learned to scrap with Creative Memories in the late '90s" thread here, too...I would WOW y'all with that stuff...

Here is my first uploaded layout to SSD ... Stacy got me to come over to the sweet side ... and it is funny to see that my first layout was ....
 ....a robotics layout in July 2008!!! That sure surprised me!! LOL Does it you? ...and it is STILL 2 years later one of my favorite robot kits ... do you still use that kit that you used to make your first layout here at SSD? ....424 layouts in 2 years ... not too bad ... and believe it or not ... I have done double that ... that's just what I uploaded!
