Oh my goodness I've forgotten how...

I've forgotten how to scrap!!! I've forgotten how to hang with ya'll and make pretty things and have fun conversations and just be myself anymore. I'm hoping ya'll will help me with that! The past two years have been just downright nasty. One job loss after another. Had to move, cut back, husband had to work two jobs so I have to do double duty here at home and then when he's home I felt guilty doing anything but spending time with him. I have scrapped in ages and ages and ages. I have a hard drive FULL of goodies, and I must admit that what brought me back tonight was the temptation of an email I got a day or so ago and I even shopped tonight. But I can't even remember how to set PS up the way it used to be (there was even a reformat in there yaknow). My husband got laid off from his really good job he's had for the past 17 years on the day before Thanksgiving. that just really seemed like the straw that broke the camel's back. Right now he is on unemployment and still delivering pizzas part time, but I just feel so upset and lost all the time like I lost a part of ME. I never take pics, I never scrap and I used to love it so very very very much and I thought maybe if I come back it will be sort of therapy for me. He's looking into a possible job overseas and then I really would have tons of time on my hands (even though I don't want him to take it). So anyway, I hope ya'll will remember me and welcome me back and help me relearn all I've forgotten. I just SO badly want to be completely sucked back into scrapping. I even have two new subjects, my great nieces who are 20 months and 7 months old, so I can even scrap baby pics now. so ... does anyone remember me? LOL

I remember you!!!!!!! Goodness! You have had a rough couple of years. I think scrap therapy is JUST what you need! We are all the same around here (maybe a few new faces).......but basically we are always willing to help and guide you to whatever you need.

The awesome thing is that we got a huge tutorial section now. I would go back there and just look through to sharpen your skills again.

I hope your in real life stuff calms down and your hubby is able to find good employment. Sending you lots of hugs and prayers! (and maybe a little scrapping mojo too!)
