And you can't go wrong with Harry Connick, Jr.

I could go on and on. I literally have HUNDREDS of Christmas songs on itunes.

Bing Crosby's White Christmas, Amy Grant, and Michael Buble's Christmas Album. I'm a sucker for traditional music.

Although I'm so not a country music fan, Martina McBride has the most beautiful Christmas album ever. I can listen to it over and over again. Point of Grace (Christian group) has a good one too.

http://www.amazon.com/White-Christma...8943555&sr=8-2

http://www.amazon.com/Christmas-Stor...8943610&sr=1-1

And I'm a HUGE Manneheim Steamroller fan too. That's pretty much "you like it or you don't" kind of music though.

Ok, I know this makes me an uber dork but I can't help it. I really love Jessica simpson's Christmas album! The music is so bubbly and cheerful and...well Christmas-y LOL! It's my guilty pleasure of the season ! I also love all the more traditional stuff! I love Bing Crosby's Silver Bells, Judy Garland's Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas, Jimmy Durante's Frosty The Snow Man, Eartha Kitt's Santa Baby. I've got a mix of everything on my christmas playlist and everyone loves it! I heart Christmas music!!

james taylor had an AWESOME christmas album out a few years ago. i think it was a hallmark cd. i have it on my computer, though. if you want me to zip the mp3 files for you and upload them somewhere, i can.
and i agree with the point of grace suggestion. dad has their christmas album from a few years back. amazing.

I agree about Martina McBride's Christmas Album...SA-WEET!
Bing Crosby: White Christmas
Andy Williams: The Andy Williams Christmas Album (it's Red)
The Brian Setzer Orchestra: Boogie Woogie Christmas (totally fun swing/big band sound)
Carpenters: Christmas Collection
Faith Hill: Joy to the World
Toby Keith: A Classic Christmas
Harry Connick, Jr: Any of his, but probably Harry for the Holidays is my fav!

I also have various song pick-ups by Trans-Siberian Orchestra and Mannheim Steamroller

And...some of my favorite one-off songs:
Whitney Houston: Do You Hear What I Hear
Linus & Lucy (the Charlie Brown Theme Song)
Pretenders: Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas
Mariah Carey: All I want for Christmas is You
Frank Sinatra: Mistletoe and Holly
Eurythmics: Winter Wonderland
Bruce Springsteen: Santa Claus is Coming to Town

I have a few Christmas CDs, mostly kids ones, and I wub them. The Muppets Red and Green, A Disney Channel Christmas (think Miley and Jonas Brothers LOL), Alvin and the Chipmunks, and Now That's What I Call Christmas Vol 3 (which is a great mix of traditional and pop).

TOTALLY agree with the others who said Martina McBride, James Taylor, and Harry Connick, Jr.

I also love:
He Is Christmas by Take 6
Star Bright by Vanessa Williams
The Christmas Album by The Manhattan Transfer

And, if you have a really good ear, you can hear little ol' me singing on A Mormon Tabernacle Christmas by The Mormon Tabernacle Choir.

Country Chrismtas Music is usually what I listen too.

I love Brad Paisley's Christmas CD. Its great. I just downloaded a few songs from Sister Hazel (not country). They're really great. I have a non country Christmas playlist, but I don't listen to it nearly as much as the Country Christmas one.

Wow, great music suggestions, going to check them out!

If you like country, Kathy Mattea's Christmas albums are lovely. My favorite is Ella Fitzgerald's Ella Wishes You a Swinging Christmas.

I agree with Melissa! I love the Carpenters Christmas CD! My mom used to play it all the time when I was a little girl and when I grew up and moved out I bought my own copy! I love to play it while we decorate the christmas tree!

My kids and I love Harry Connick, Jr. When My Heart Finds Christmas and I also love Avalon Joy. It is really upbeat and fun. I also like to listen to Johnny Mathis Christmas, but that is a nostalgia thing because that is what my parents played when I was young =) Good luck!
