Mmmmm...tacos! I had a craving for them a couple weeks ago and made them, but only had the seasoning I didn't like so they didn't satisfy my craving.

I have NO idea what's for supper tonight...

We eat Tacos all the time, cuz we bought a cow with Jordan's parents and have literally 20lbs of ground beef in the freezer, lol.

Where' having whatever that chicken blob is that I pulled out of the freezer. I forgot to mark what marinade it is (I'm thinking it's a curry), so we'll be surprised That along with rice and green beans.

Yes, you can never have too much tacos!!! I really wish DH liked tacos..... I can get away with them once a month but other than that, he likes me to make taco meat, mix it with rice and a little refried beans in flour tortillas, roll them up and spray them with Pam or Olive Oil. I bake them until they are crispy - 20 minutes or so. We usually have a salad with them.

I have no idea what I'm making tonight. I'm not in the mood to cook so it might be something out of a box...

Ahhhh!!! I'm SO jealous!

We're going to Hoop-De-Doo review tonight at Fort Wilderness (Walt Disney World) to celebrate our friend's birthday. We're looking forward to it but it's not until 9:30pm!!! So not my choice....so we're not eating until then.

But I think it's BBQ and all you can drink beer/wine.

I could go for tacos. However I have no clue what dinner is. I am not cooking anything. DH took DS swimming. I told him to pick up food on the way home.

Well, I decided on grilled chops, roasted potatoes and artichokes. I still don't want to cook but since DH is mowing the lawn I doubt he will cook for me...

Man I wish it was nice enough to mow the lawn. I'm so tired of friggen winter! I want to go out on inspections tomorrow and NOT wear 2394 layers.

Jordan cooked the steak, but it wasn't done. Then he microwaved it so it was more cooked, and it went all rubbery. Plus my piece had a ton of fat. Good thing I ate a salad and a whole mess of broccoli beforehand. (FYI this is the third time he's served me food that isn't cooked enough to eat safely, if he hadn't propsed I might have suspected foul play.)
