um, I'm not really the cook in the family, lucky for me, DH loves to cook. Unlucky for me he works shift work, so once every 4 days for 24 hrs I'm on my own. Tonight happens to be one of those nights, so I had PB&J and the girls had mac-n-cheese, pretzels, strawberries, and carrot sticks. Obviously they ate a more well rounded meal, lol, maybe I should go grab some of those carrots too

Watermelon for me. Maybe a salad later when dh gets home.

The boys had whatever they wanted since they are sick and I knew they would not eat much. Sandwich for one and a corn dog for the other. And yeah, they didn't finish them.

Everyone's dinners sound SO good... wish I was at your guys' houses!

I have class from 1pm til 10pm, with a 1 hour break, so I drove to a nearby Cupcakery called Smallcakes (it's going to be on the View tomorrow, so check it out!) and got their Hot Fudge Sundae cupcake... divine!

an herb roasted pork roast is in the oven, will serve with wild rice and salad when it is ready. It's just me at home tonight, although I have to deliver dinner to the hubby when it is ready. Kiddos are at a friend's place and she is feeding all three of them.

Kiddo is having fish sticks and baked french fries. I will have the fries and whatever else I feel like after I eat them.

ETA, the other stuff I ended up eating was a Freezer Pop and olives. Yeah, nice, huh?

Was supposed to be Beef Stroganoff from TOH Healthy Cooking, but the girls went to spend the night with Gramma & I'm in the middle of baking zucchini goodies (bread, cookies, brownies & did blueberry jam earlier today), So I'm thinking it's left over Gnocchi Chicken Minestrone (from TOH) from last night or whatever else is in the fridge from this week.

I'm sick today, so hubby is picking up Papa Murphy's on his way home from work. He's being sweet and making things easy on me.

Which pizzas did he snag? Tonight we had a half cheese half hamburger and a Garlic Chicken! We also went the Papa Murphy's route!

Clearskies, yup, I think that's where their OP store is... they have two stores.

The addresses are 14383 Metcalf Ave. Overland Park
Avignon Shopping Center, 14150 W. 119th Olathe
if you need them for GPS-ing.

Lol... I dreamed about the hot fudge sundae cupcake last night. I think I may make it a weekly habit...

We always do the same thing. We're boring. Family size Pepperoni and large Hawaiian. I like my pizza with more stuff on it, but nobody else in my family does, so I have to wait for big family parties to get the stuff I really like.

Not confirmed... but I do know I'm sensitive to gluten... I just feel better (and a lot less headaches) when I try to avoid it.

We went to a local u-pick farm this afternoon and got a ton of Yukon Gold Potatoes. We had Roast Cod with Crisp Potatoes for dinner and now I have to dig up a bunch more potato recipes.
