Default Chatting on Kindle Fire

I got the girls Fires for Christmas. I'd like to be able to chat with them on my phone but their info not be public. Any good apps out there that will do this?

IDK...but I'd be interested if there were. We got both our kids a Fire also.

I use an app called Beejive which connects to pretty much whatever chat program you want - google talk, facebook, yahoo chat, but you have to have accounts with them to use it. My boys each have google accounts I setup for them with nicknames. I had to go in and adjust their settings to make it private or 'only you' but we haven't had any issues in the months since I set it up.

Beejive is an android app so if Nook can use those it should be fine.

Hmm. I'll look into that. I just wrapped everything, but am loving the fact that I can send things to their Kindles!
