hybrid swap?

i dont know if were allowed to post or if we have to speake to a mod on here
but i was wondering if you guys have even had a card awap or should i say hybrid swap where u get a group of people and by a certain date we have a person we send the item to!

i seen it done in another scrap place i go to and thought it would be a great idea to try it!
anyone interested?
also is this allowed to be asked on here?
