I don't have them but I've heard they are worth every penny. Someone bought a ton recently....can't remember who though.....

They are super expensive though.

I have Promarkers which are kind of the same but were a lot cheaper for me. I'm not the kind of girl who can buy a few every now and then and build up a collection - I want it all now! So Promarkers being cheaper meant I could invest in the whole lot. They still made the bank manager swoon but the price wasn't nearly as outrageous as if I had bought the entire collection of Copics

I seem to remember someone one here buying them? She does hybrid cards with them. Only now for the life of me I cannot remember who it was. I do remember she said they were totally worth the price

They come in sets though, I think.. I think you have to buy a box at a time.. pretty sure they don't sell them individually. Although I could be wrong.

Heehee! My ears were burning.

Yeah, I'm that girl that spent a fortune on Copics and know what? I seriously LOVE them to pieces!!!!!

I don't recommend a small basic set of Copics. You really want three shades of the same color so that you can shade. If you got one of each color, you'd be disappointed. You'll also need some type of cardstock. The top cardstocks for Copic markers are Neenah Classic Crest, Gina K (I use this), and PaperTrey. SOme people use Georgia Pacific (@ Walmart). I use it occasionally. The ink soaks into this stock a little too much for my liking.

There is a Copic Guru, her name is Marianne. This is her blog.

I've been doing a bunch of hybrid cards. You can find them on my blog.

They are sold individually. AND they will last forever. All parts of the pen are replaceable and they also sell ink refills.

You can find them at JoAnn.com in packs. The ones that JoAnn's sells are the Caio which is a slightly smaller pen that the Sketch. I have the Caio and love them.
