crock pot recipes?
It is getting to that time of year again, and I would really love to get the crock pot out and make some new delicious meals. So do you have any good crock pot recipes? Thank you!

I tried all of these last week and they are DE-licious..
Brown Sugar and Balsamic Glazed Pork Loin Crock Pot Chicken and Rice Easy Crockpot Potato Soup - this was really good but next time I think I'll only use 2 cans of chx broth b/c I like my soups thicker. Otherwise it was delicious and DH and I finished it all of in 2 days lol...I added some chopped chives and crumbled bacon.

Here's one I made last week for the first time and the whole family loved it!
(I cut it in half, because even though they loved it, I didn't want to be eating it for three days!) Easy Pleasy Meatballs I'll be watching this thread for more ideas...I'm so ready for hearty crock-pot meals!

Tonight, we had Hawaiian pork
-pork loin in pieces or a big one to shred when cooked -1 bottle of barbecue sauce for ribs/chicken -1 can diced pineapple I also make beef and mushrooms quite often -cubed beef -1 can cream of mushroom -1/2 can water -1 powdered onion soup mix -large container of fresh cut mushrooms I also really like this one: Creamy Italian Chicken One of my favorite ways to cook a chuck roast: place the roast in the crockpot, sprinkle with powdered onion soup mix and add 1/2 to 1 cup of wine. I then shred it. It's so good.

Tonight we're having Crock-Pot French Dips
Beef Roast 1 pkg French onion dip mix sprinkle of italian seasoning / pepper 1/2 bottle beer Cooked on low for 7 hours, pull apart the meat a bit add in 1 large onion in slices another hour on low Serve on rolls (I'll be taking the onions out & sauteing them a little in butter, we like ours extra caramelized)
