Default Most Annoying Children's TV Show EVER -- Vote Here!

Until a few weeks ago, it was definitely Caillou for me.

Now that I'm in the thick of my 2-year-old son's Tayo obsession, it's definitely this:

Opening Theme Song

What's your vote?!

I hate Caillou!!

Peppa Pig gets my vote, I can't stand the bratty little pig lol. Charlie (my 3 year old) always used to watch it, thankfully he doesn't now!

Caillou for me too - I hated that whiny, dependent, little brat! He was the total opposite of how I raised my kids.

It's still Calliou for me, but Barney and Teletubbies are also banned in my house.

Caillou hands down.... I could never, can never, and will never tolerate that brat in my house. (the only cool thing about the show was that he had a friend named Xavier.... my Xavier thought that was neat as its a rare name to hear the few times it made its way on to the tv screen).

I can't dispute Barney as I grew up with him and he wasn't THAT bad.

What annoyed me when my kids were little was the repeats.... but that's what those shows are designed for... take the original Blue's Clues (my favorite by the way), it was designed so that they aired the same episode every day for a week... through repetition is how kids learn from them... it's just SUPER annoying for the Parent and Caregivers to have to hear the same things over and over again.

Barney, Caillou, and Sesame Street never made it to the TV screen at my house. So for the shows that Rachel actually watched, I'd have to say Dora. I always wanted Swiper to swipe the map so she'd get lost and never make it back on the airwaves. Did you know that a few years ago, you could actually download the Dora voice for your GPS? Why in the world any person would want a dimwit who can't find the bathroom without using a map to direct them is beyond me.

On the flip side, I enjoyed watching Olivia and Word World with her. Peppa Pig was okay too.

Right now, it's peppa pig! Gosh... Michael asks to watch it everyday! I am so sick of it! Luckily, we make him do things like coloring, writing and lots of learning activities before he can watch it.

(all grown up, early teens.... but they were still airing that little boy on tv...) anyway I felt like I was in the same room as a celebrity!!! That's when I realized I watch the shows with the kids entirely too much! bahahahahaha

I never understood why people hated Caillou. The graphics are simple and the stories realistic. Yes he cries and whines, but come on, all kids do!!!

I could never stand teletubbies. And Spongebob. They are sooooo stupid!

haha...I loved Yo Gabba Gabba,, they had Jack Black on and lots of other pretty cool famous people. The one I hated was Max & Ruby. Max is such a little brat and Ruby is so annoying and no parents ever.

Spongebob isn't allowed in my home. Or Caillou. I learned to tune out the other shows. Phineas & Ferb weren't allowed for awhile because Rian (who was 5 at the time) was trying to act like Candice.

Bahaha Max and Ruby were pretty annoying, and I always wondered about the Parents thing...... but it was a house hold favorite. Mostly because my youngest son (2 at the time) just could not say Ruby for the life of him.... it always came out as "Ru-fees" so he would say Max and Ru-fees all the time.... we all got a good laugh out of it. LOL

I'm shocked to see so many Sponge Bob Haters I've never grown out of cartoons and that one is one of my favorites.

I just wanted to see Max haul off and smack Ruby upside the head. Alas, it never happened.
I like SpongeBob...I know that some hate the attitude & violence in it. I look at it as this generation's Looney Tunes. I enjoyed watching Jimmy Neutron with Rachel too. And I've found some old episodes of As Told by Ginger...she loves it. She's not too sure about Pepper Ann though.

Oooo, just get on the bus (it's time to go), just get on the bus (don't you know), just get on the bus (from here to there) just get on the bus (go anywhere)..... LOL

Again, I agree annoying and creepy (and stupid.... I mean dude, how many times will he pull on that rope even though the others tell him not to before he clues in that he's gonna get wet?!?!?)..... *sigh* I'm realizing I watched way too many of these shows with my boys.... when one out grew them, another was right behind to continue watching. and I wonder why I'm so scatter brained now.... it's because I can't think because I have no more room in my head after learning all these songs and episodes LOL

No. You guys.
Bananas. In. Pajamas.
Like, grown men in banana costumes that are dressed in pajamas. It was always on in the middle of the night when my kids would wake up at 2 am, and even then, with my need to be comatose on the couch while they were contained, I couldn't take it.

my son loved them. I could deal with them. I could not deal with Teletubbies but my youngest loved them so I cleaned while he watched and tuned them out. Right now Id say Scooby Doo is my least favorite kid show. Loved it as a kid but now it grates on my last nerve.

LOL Unfortunately, they won't be allowed for my 3 year old, yet he has shown NO interest, THANK GOODNESSS. He does love peppa pig and she doesn't bother me. I love her brother George and his dinosaur "grrrrrrrrrr" LOL

LOL my little sister used to watch this and I still remember the theme song. Bananas in pajamas are coming down the stairs...bananas in pajamas are chasing teddy bears I still think Barney was worse, which she also loved.

Around here we only really watch Daniel Tiger which considering I loved Mr Rodgers growing up, I find pretty adorable.

We've also tried the HBO version of Sesame Street but I just can't handle it. It's become the Elmo and Abby show and all I can think the entire time is "why are you yelling at me??" It's SO loud.

Thankfully we live in an era of TiVo & streaming so so far I don't have to worry about Ryan randomly stumbling upon these annoying shows

Calliou for sure - but I also really hate Ruby and Max - Ruby's voice is a really close second place for me in annoyance to Calliou. She's always whining and Max always ends up being right. HATE both those shows with a passion!

My kids only watched a few shows because MOST kids programs annoyed me. They pretty much watched Curious George (although his monkey sounds got to me sometimes), Thomas the Train, Charlie & Lola, Backyardigans (sometimes), and preecorded Sesame Street (but we would always turn it off at Elmo's World and sometimes FF through Abby's flying fairy school, those annoyed me). Those weren't all consecutively. We usually only had 2 shows we were watching at one time.

I loved Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood, but the kids didn't... otherwise we would have watched that more. We also did Little Einsteins for a while, Ben loved that. But it annoyed me a lot! If he didn't like it so much I would have put that on our reject list! LOL

Sofia the first annoys me. We watch a lot of disney jr. Well it's on I don't think anyone really watches it. I'm not a big fan on SpongeBob my sisters used to watch it a MILLION TIMES!

The only thing Cade really likes is Handy Manny and Winnie the pooh. I can live with those!

Haha...Nick loved The Doodlebops and still to this day if we are getting on a bus at work, I want to start singing, "get on the bus..." He also was a huge, huge fan of Charlie & Lola. I didn't mind either of those.
