P0rn on Pinterest - so not cool.
*sigh*
I hate if I'm looking and the boys are around..and then there's THAT photo you can't hide quickly enough. I'm not talking about just girls in undies..but bits that shouldn't show...ugh.

Ya, I had to remove someone from my follow list just for that reason. Like seriously she would post tons of photos in a row and just not cool. *on a funny side note, when I tried to come into this thread my anti-virus software prevented me cause it said may contain porn. LOL!

and btw...I get that pinterest isn't a kids' site. It was just circumstances that had the 12 yo walking by and commenting on something on there...and then that pic showed up LOL

I hear ya. And some of the pics that aren't p0rn...almost look like it. Have you seen the one of the family wearing nude costumes...complete with genitalia and body hair? It creeps me out to see the daughter fondling the dad's fake piece. I know it's not real...but it looks real enough. *shudder*

I know...and some of the things people pin are SOOO DUMB!!!!! and I don't know about everybody else, but anythign I want to repinb I verify that I can actually go to the site it is pinned from...I have come across ALOT of pins that when you click on them it takes you to a blank page

re. the links - i don't always check before i repin, but it totally bums me out afterwards! and i've noticed that now w/ the iPhone app a lot of things are not linked at all ...

I've seen some questionable nudity but not anything I'd consider outright porn. Not yet anyway, but then I don't follow many photo boards, so I might not have had a chance. I do get bothered by some of those 'get skinny' motivation type photos showing nearly naked unhealthily thin boney women. I find some of them really disturbing.
I check the links on recipes & craft stuff before I pin them. I'm pinning them to have those instructions, not just to look at the picture, so a lack of link makes them useless to me.

Yeah, i had to stop following almost all the boudoir stuff because some peoples board were getting too raunchy for me. I love boudoir photography and loved seeing it for inspiration, but there is a line between subtly sexy and almost p0rn-like.
Jackie, to stop following someone, click on their name on one of their pins and it takes you to their page. You can choose to unfollow a board, or all of their pins.

Not sure if you know about this but #4 on the Pinterest etiquette page is to "Report Objectionable Content." Nudity technically isn't allowed so if you're seeing anything you think crosses a line, you can always report it.
On the full site (not sure about the app), if you open a pin, there's a Report Pin button under the FB/Twitter buttons on the right side of the window. I reported a pin for a similar reason awhile back and it did seem like they cracked down it because I stopped seeing that pin.
