HP has one called the Slate coming out soon too! It seems to have all the stuff left off of the iPad like cameras, cards slots, etc.
Off to look at this google one! fun stuff - as if I'll ever be able to get one! hehe

ooh. I could totally support the android based one. I really didn't want to support apple with the ipad but the whole idea is rather nice.

Gadgets ROCK! As an avid Apple lover, I think it is great that Google/HP/Microsoft are creating tablets. I think they will be great competition and push Apple to do better. Plus, I just love my tablet and I think most people will love them once they get their hands on them.

Niiiice ....
I had a boss several years ago who was a futuristic-type thinker, very in tune with what was happening with consumer electronics and technology. All of the stuff we're seeing now - like surfing the web on small iPhone/iTouch screens, tablet computers - were things we were talking about 10 years ago in our ecommerce business. Very cool to see it coming to fruition!
