Drinking my coffee and reading my book that I stayed up way to late reading. About to shower then take us to Wallyworld to finish getting stuff for the party this weekend. We are on Spring Break this week so kids are home. We will probably spend the rest of the day outside as my sunburn as seem to fade and forecast says sunny and 65.
I love pinterest... maybe too much. I sit for 5 minutes, next thing I know its been 3 hours. :/

Sitting here in the rocking chair by the school desk while Ben finishes up with school for the day. We've got the windows open and can hear tons of birds. It's sunny and gorgeous outside but we are still sick after 11 days of this cold virus thing. We are having a hard time getting over it ( thought it was strep at first but its not). Definitely feeling socially starved and the kids are getting antsy. I think I will fix us lunch and then take the kids to the library and out for ice cream.

I am sitting here eating lunch while cruising the boards. I'm also working on a layout and watching Full House with my daughter and her 2 friends who are here because we are on our SECOND SNOW DAY IN A ROW Yep, we got 16 inches of snow yesterday and last night. I did get some nice photos of them playing and of the pretty snow but I sure wish it would just go away. I could see my lawn yesterday morning and now its buried again

Gah, I would love some snow! We broke a 119-year-old record on Monday with a high of 95. It is WAY too early to be that hot already. Thankfully it's supposed to be cooler today (70s) but in the 90s again later this week. What the heck happened to spring??

Right now I am finishing up a few work things and then I have to run to the military base to drop off some insurance paper work. Fun times.

I made the best salad ever. Avocado, honey maple chicken, butter lettuce, spinach, yellow peppers, a bit of sliced honeycrisp apples, strawberries, tomato, cucumber, and carrots with some squeezed lime and vinaigrette. Mmmmm.

I'm supervising my 10 year old making lunch. We are working around the house again today and cleaning the 10 year old's room and our room. The 7 year old's room got done the other day. So, spring cleaning and purging you could say. LOTS of it!

It's super windy here today, my thermometer says it's 54* out, but it feels cooler than that.

I'm eating: peach yogurt, watching the big trial that's on HLN, doing my business homework, waiting for a wedding to export from Lightroom so I can upload it into an online gallery.

Enjoying the last 1/2 hour or so of peace & quiet, before hubby & the kids come home from errands/preschool.

You think that 'our operators are all busy' mean we are hard at work with other customers but actually we are avoiding you & hoping someone else picks the call up.

I'm with Marie, we got 10" yesterday. Luckily it's warm enough that it's melting away. I refuse to shovel more. We had the 2nd snowiest February in history and DH had appendicitis on Feb 1. Yes. And our snow blower has been broken for a month now, so I've been shoveling.

I've been trying to catch up because my parents have been in town for the last week. Luckily they could still fly out through the storm yesterday. Now I've got to convince my kids that they can play happily together again, so it'll be a few days of reminding them to talk to each other nicely. Luckily they are doing all right considering.

Finally sitting down with my laptop and a heating pad next to my fireplace watching the news. I skipped the gym tonight cause my back is killing me from shoveling/throwing snow over my head cause the piles are taller than me now, but I ended up running around doing things for the kid all night instead of resting.
