I am SO excited the time change is this weekend. I'm so sick of being sick and tired. It seems like each year my SAD gets worse and worse. Anyone else ready???

Yesterday I noticed the cherry trees on our street are blossoming! My heart pretty much leapt out of my chest. I hate living in the ugly brown desert so anything springy is extra exciting to me!

Me!
I noticed the warmer weather, but I am looking forward to see the cherry blossoms, hopefully soon!

I wish the weather would just make up its mind. Make it winter or make it spring. What's with it being in the 50s for three days, then the 30s and snow, then another 2 or 3 days of 50s, then more 20s and 30s?!

Usually by this time of year I can't wait for spring, but we hardly had a winter this year. We had less than 2 inches of snow, and we hit the 80's in mid-February! That's crazy. Things have been blooming for weeks, which is not at all our usual weather. I teach preschoolers, and we've only had a handful of days all winter that we couldn't play outside because it was snowing, raining, or below freezing. We're in a school district that routinely has 5-10 snow days a year, and we didn't have a single one this year. If this is what winter was like, I'm not so sure I'm ready for spring after all! It's going to feel like summer by the end of March.

I'm so ready for Spring! But it doesn't seem to be here any time soon... We've had lots of rain the past days/weeks and looks rather like Fall instead of Spring.

Time changes here at the end of the month.

YES! I've been ready for spring since November!

however, if there could be a snowstorm a week from this coming Saturday- that would be great... My mother-in-law takes it on herself to bring her grandson to my son's birthday party - without asking us. We didn't know that weekend of the party is when her son has custody so that he means the devil child will be coming... I'm so not happy about it. My hubby can't say anything because his dad just wants us all to get along... and then we hear how it's not the kid's fault that he is growing up in an unstable home life... *sigh*

SAME!!! Omg - this winter hasn't been too bad really and living here you have to be okay with winter. However, it's going to be back down into single digits this weekend So yeah, not happening soon here either.

Nope. We we've already been over 90 degrees and we never had a "winter". I am in no way ready for eight months of summer.

I also really hate the spring time change, I wish they'd just leave it alone.

* I'm really not as cranky as I sound :P

This! We haven't hit 90 yet but it's going to be close to it this week. We don't get Spring here...it will go straight to Summer and I'm not ready for all that.

I am ready for the sunshine, but not actually ready for Spring. We all have allergies here and that means kids that can barely go outside.

I could go for skipping spring and heading right to summer. We haven't had much of a winter, and the deer pretty much decimate anything that blooms in the spring.

Ditto this. Although I am as cranky as I sound (I have a cold). We don't do daylight savings in AZ and I'm so sick of no one ever knowing what time it is here. "wait -- is it 2 hours different or three hours different from the East Coast?" Just stop with the daylight savings already.

I'm ready for Spring and I'm ready for the time change. I hate it in winter when it gets dark so dang early! We haven't had a bad winter at all, but I'm ready for the longer days!

I just want to be able to go outside and play, if I'm being honest. LOL I'm so sick of gray, cold, and just some good ol' crabassery. I hate winter...so much. Granted, we didn't have a lot of snow this year but the gray.... BOOOOOO

Our winter has been odd. It's been 60s a few times recently, but today is back to normal winter in negative temps. We haven't had any snow for a month which is super odd for us. So honestly, I don't have the spring fever as bad as normal since we haven't had the usual awful winter.

We didn't have much winter in OKC, so I'm not sure if I'm ready for spring. Mainly because the weather teams are now saying that our storm/tornado season looks to be kicking in at the end of the week. If I could skip tornado season, then sure!
(But I'd like to skip the summer heat and go straight into fall...100* weather does NOT appeal to me)
