WW Weigh In
How did everyone do this week?
I lost 1 lb. I was surprised because even though I started walking 3 miles every other day, I went over my points twice. I rarely get all my points in, much less go over, but my boss's wife made these to die for cupcakes and I had to have one and the girl scouts got me on the Lemon cookies, but hey one cookie only has two points, and I went out for pizza and chinese food. It was a reckless week for me and I have promised myself that I will to reign it in. I have to pay attention to everything that goes into my mouth and make the right choices or I will not be able to fit into my new jeans, which are one size smaller. Hope you all are feeling happy about your results too!

A pound is great! CONGRATS! I'm off plan for the last week b/c of this kidney stone. Hospital food, etc. Just not good. Also I can't work out. So I'm focusing on getting my body better instead of watching my diet. I was hard core on plan for 8 weeks so I hate to be off plan but it won't be long...a few more days max.

I lost 2 lbs..which felt good after no loss last week. I'm at 15.2 lbs total
Lena I'm soo sorry about the kidney stone..I watch Brian deal with those all the time so I sympathize (sort of) with how it hurts. I hope it passes soon.

I lost 1.2 lbs last week. 6.2 total in 3 weeks. This week I'm already worried because this weekend has been rough food wise. I haven't gone over points but just not eating the right things so much. At least I've got Mon-Thurs to make up for it.

Lena, you are right to be focused on getting well. I will keep sending healing prayers your way.
Nikki, I'm so happy for you! I know you were disappointed last week, but you are doing so well. I'm glad you got to see the results this week. And Tracy, don't worry, you're going to do great this week. I so appreciate you Ladies and the support you give me each week. Thanks.

I lost 4.5 pounds putting me at 201 even. But to be fair I was bloated at my last weigh in when I gained. I have lost more since then and I am under 200 at this point right now.

Way to go Liz.
To be under 200 is my goal; my long term goal. Idea weight for me is 175, I'm lucky that the Lord made me tall, but if I could get under the magic 200, I would be squealing with delight!
