??? About grouping actions when installing...

I know I've seen a tutorial on how to group actions together before but I cannot find it now. I have some of Sarah's actions (huge thanks to her for resetting the links for the actions I lost when my computer crashed) and I want them grouped together if possible - like PW's are. I use PSE7 if anyone knows how I can do this, directions would be much appreciated. TIA!!!
