Us too. Everyone is a bit crazy around here. It's been a long time since we've had a legitimate shot at a championship in any sport.

Who's your team Meg?

I'm a Falcons girl and I like Carolina too (I'm not quite 3 hours from Charlotte so it's legit lol)

this season though I was really big into fantasy fball so I played close attention to everybody lol I'm sort of addicted

I sorta like the bad boys of fball.. (gordon, kaepernick, etc lol)

Next year I'm going to draft a fantasy team based on eye candy (Decker, Amendola, and Vinatieri will all be on my team lol)

For who's left though I think I want to see Seattle win Who thought Rivers could hang with the big boys like Manning and Brady lol

I'm an AZ Cardinals fan (no surprise there), but I'm also a Manning fan so I'm rooting for the Broncos all the way. DH wants the Seahawks so I'm crossing my fingers we end up battling it out at the Super Bowl.

I had a fantasy team this year with a friend in a league of men and we came in 2nd. Woot! The name of our team was "You Just Lost to Girls" - ha! And every time we beat someone, I'd text them that. Hee.

I too will be super sad when football is done.

Can't wait to see how next year's fantasy team does for you Meg. You'll have to piece together a 'team photo'

Congrats on your finish Mary, that sounds so fun.

I've never done a fantasy team, but my son wants to do one next year, so I think I'll try to find and place he and I can do it.

It's a game. At the beginning of the season each person you are playing with 'drafts' a team (can be a mix of players from various teams) and then you track the stats of each player on your team and earn points based on how well they do.

My team is Dallas, but since they can't seem to pull it together once playoffs come around...

I'm pretty much right in between SF & Seattle....but I've actually BEEN to a Seattle game, so I'll be pulling for them (their colors are better too)

LOL - I'm with you. I'm considering doing a Superbowl-type kit and I put together color schemes based on the possible match-ups. All the options with Seattle are much better.

I'm hopeful and fearful of a Denver-Seattle superbowl. I really want Payton to win a ring with a second team, but I'm from the Pacific NW, so have to cheer for Seattle too.

Eek! I hope SO SO SO much that Seattle makes it. It would even be better if they FINALLY won a Superbowl, but right now - I just wanna see them GET there!

I'm beyond nervous lol. That happens when I want something REALLY bad lol.

My hubby is a Seahawks fan AND a New England fan, so tomorrow will be intense and the Superbowl has the potential to be insane for our house lol

Since I live in Maine I am a New England fan so I'm going with NE and Seattle, especially since I really can't stand Manning

My 6 year old is OBSESSED with football... every day his on the computer seeing what the match ups are, what time the game is, what the commentaries have to say about them... he cried for a hour straight when the Packers lost in the wildcard... until he realized that football still goes on... I don't know how hard he will take it after the Superbowl... it will be long months until August... The oddest thing is that both DH and I aren't that into football... or any sports... I think this is the first year that DH has watched so much football because J wants to watch it and it becomes Daddy/Jakie time...

Okay... back to the question.... O.M.G... I CAN NOT STAND the 49er's quarterback - I could give a rip that he is from Wisconsin... so I'm routing HARD for the Seahawks today... plus the way they have been playing this year, they deserve it.

I'm also not a fan of the Pats... so I'm hoping for a Denver vs Seattle match up... but then I'm not sure who to root for.. probably stay in my league and go Seattle...

I grew up in New England as did my Dad, but he was a 49ers fan for as long as I can remember. So I became a 49ers fan too. I've been a fan since I started watching football, even through the years I dated a Dallas Cowboys fan (I had to be quiet about rooting for the 49ers then). And I love Kaepernick as our quarterback - he has really made the connection with Gore and Crabtree better than Smith did. So I am very much cheering the 49ers to make it all the way again.

DH is from Colorado, and he is of course a Broncos fan. We were both happy when they signed on Manning, because both of us were secondary fans of the Colts (most of my family is in Indiana), and we just think he is one of the best (and down-to-earth) quarterbacks out there.

All I have to say is bring it Seattle, we're ready. Gonna be a tough, nail-biting match up I think!

Hoping for a Broncos vs 49ers Superbowl - rematch of when the 49ers won 55-10 vs John Elway

Patriots vs Seahawks would be my worst case scenario - then I wouldn't care about either team.

If I had to be a football fan, I'd go for Denver- for sure.

We only live six hours away from there and might eventually make a game. lol.

I'm way better at the NBA stuff. Thunder Up!!

I really have no idea as I only watched my first game last weekend. However, I pick the Broncos b/c they have our Manning and the Seahawks b/c Luke and I decided their uniforms are REALLY cool.

I picked Broncos vs Seahawks.

I'm a Chiefs girl, but my family is in WA and we're moving there next month, so we're rooting for the Seahawks...

Yes!!! I agree with this wholeheartedly. Living in Massachusetts, I can't escape it right now and have to keep my real opinion on it to myself. Basically, I won't be sad if the Patriots lose. I can't stand Brady and Belichek. Get rid of them and then I might root for the home team.

LOL...most of my siblings are Patriots fans. In fact, we grew up rooting for most teams from Boston because my step-father was from there. I grew up watching either sports or ESPN and now that I'm not forced to watch it, I have zero interest.

There are a lot of Patriots fans in the family...so I just don't say anything. Honestly, if it weren't for Brady and Belichek, I'd root for the home team same as I do with other sports. The only sport I truly will watch and care about, though, is hockey...definite Boston Bruins fan.

Hockey was pretty much the only sport we didn't watch. I know nothing about it.
