Exclamation Trouble Getting in to the Shoppe

Am I the only one who keeps getting an error message that the server cannot be found? It started last evening for me, then this morning it seemed fine but now it is back to displaying the same message.... I can't shop....

Hi Jen, that is my problem....If I just want to "browse" I can, but when I try to log in to my account to Check Out, I get the "server cannot be found" message....Sorry to read you are having the same problem, but glad I'm not alone....LOL

I've been having trouble all day, but I think my problem is my Internet connection because I couldn't get the forum to load this morning, either. I think God might be trying to tell me to lay off a bit. ; )

I had the same problem - frustrated cause I was ready to shoppe til I dropped LOL . . I left it for a few hours then tried again and was lucky enough to get in and buy a few things . . but when I first tried I couldnt get into the shoppe or this part either

I can looks around the shoppe, but can't log in, I get a "Problem loading page" error. It was like that last night when I was trying to see the Sneak Peeks. I guess I'll go browse some more before buying!

I can browse the shop, but can't log-in. Last night I was getting timeout error messages when trying to access the forum, blog, anything on the website. Today it's just when logging into the shop itself.

I started having trouble with all parts of the site last night about 8. Finally got into the shoppe around 10:30 to use my SR and then again about 12:30 for NR. I'm not having any trouble logging in or getting to my wish list right now.

What does QUEUED mean? I paid via paypal funds and it shows it as paid in paypal but I can't get to the kit to download. I'm sure it will show up soon but just wondered if it was a glitch or me?! LOL

Gotta get my hands on that new Nerf kit! Thanks Traci!!

That happens to me sometimes when the store is being slow. Just go into your account and go to order history and bring up the orders. They should have download links then. If the store doesn't get the "signal" from paypal that the money is transferred, then the order is cued. So if it is being slow/finicky it might miss the signal from paypal.

Hey Robin - just FYI - I'm still unable to checkout completely. My order isn't processing. It's been placed, but still just showing as "queued" or whatever. I continued to get several "Internal Server Error" codes, but just kept trying. Now I seem to be stuck and can't get my product. Just thought I'd let you know as it looked like the last update said it was all good, but I don't think it is quite cleared up just yet.

ETA: I just got my download links via e-mail and was able to get to them that way, but still got an error code when I tried to access them through the shoppe from orders history. Let me know if you want me to try again that way to test it in a bit.

I've been having difficulty with the gallery... running real slow and timing out on layout upload. I ended up with two in the gallery, deleted one, but for some reason the 'blank thumbnail' is still showing... if someone could delete that for me.. that would be awesome.
