Default So, did I tell you Keira is done with chemo!!
And all signs point to being cancer free!

They got all the tumor back in September, so now I guess its just a wait and see kind of thing, but everyone tells me it should not be back, her treatment was much more aggressive this time.

I just wanted to update my little family here and thank you all again for all the kindness you've shown our family. We truly appreciate it! I probably could have set one of these pages up sooner, but here is a link to a website for Keira, its for medical conditions to keep family & friends updated. And of course my blog, I'm going to try and do a much better job keeping that thing updated this year too.

And this summer we need to do a meet up somewhere in this area! If all goes well and we stay cancer free, I'd be up for something fun, I'll even drive 4 or 5hours to get there. And I'll even bring that little fighter of mine for you guys to meet!

Here is a recent picture of her, Christmas morning, very excited about her DS.

I am so glad! My hubby had hodgkin's lymphoma when he was 16. We will celebrate his 11th anniversary of being cancer free on the 12th. He now lives a perfectly normal life and is a healthy 30 year old. I have a feeling Keira's story will be the same.
