Default What for dinner?

Home from being on vacation for only two days and I'm trying to get back in the swing of things by getting dinner planned out for the rest of the week. So give me some ideas...with it being hot and us moms being tired, what are you serving the rest of this week?

I have a freezer full of boneless pork chops and chicken breasts and little to no sides. So I'm looking for something creative to do with the meat and then something different for sides. Trying to do a summer pantry clean out and I'm down to all the weird stuff I'm not sure what to do with.

We had tacos last night. Tonight we'll do grilled pork chops and corn on the cob. I have no idea for the rest of the week. I never plan.

tonight, nothing. DH is out of town so the boys & I will grab some sandwiches at the general store.
The rest of the week I am making chicken & shrimp stir fry, then grilled skirt steak from Cooks Illustrated, then a veggie frittatta & then milk braised pork roast.
Last night we had BBQ boneless ribs & the night before we had spaghetti with meatballs

Taco salad tonight because Cheyanne has a friend spending the night and it's one of the few (and I mean FEW) things the child will eat and we both love it, so it works. Not sure about the rest of the week/weekend - will build around whatever is fresh from our garden this week.

Tonight I'm making the good ol' canned soup chicken & rice casserole. Though I have fancied it up a bit using cream of asparagus, jasmine rice, and using shredded chicken I've been slow-cooking all day in seasonings/onion/celery stalks. It's one of those recipes my mom used to make and my kids love it.

I had some veggies that I had to use or they were going to go bad, so I made a lentil & barley stew tonight. I'll be doing my meal planning/shopping tomorrow, so I'm not sure what we'll be eating for the rest of the week.
