Default Hooray it's the weekend!

First week of school is over for me, I've had a lovely but tiring week with my new class but now I'm home with my comfy joggers and sweatshirt on ready to spend the weekend with my little doggie, my papercrafting supplies and my teachers homework ... so what plans do you have for the weekend?

Jake has a Lowe's Kid's Clinic tomorrow morning... and then we talked about going to a Harvest Festival in the afternoon... and then Sunday starts Sunday School for Jake and Bible Study for me... and then the afternoon will be for final preps as homeschooling starts on Monday! I hope to squeeze some scrap time in sometime this weekend...

No plans as of right now...we need to find something to do with the kids that doesn't require being outside in the heat. LOL! I'm thinking maybe a popcorn & movie night might be in order.

How is the remodelling coming along Heather? I hate tiling! You sound like you're having a busy weekend Rebecca, do you just decide when you are starting your homeschooling term or are there guidelines from the government on how much schooling you have to do?
Carrie you would probably freeze if you lived where I live

We're going shopping for a bow for Connor - he's outgrown the jr. one we bought him last year and he's about to start an archery program through 4H - he can't look like a doof with a cheap-o bow. Hopefully, we'll begin shopping and looking for product for the chicken coop!

Church Sunday and then catch up on homeschool planning that I've missed out on these last two weeks of being sick. We've only just started and are already behind!
