Need HELP!

So I just realized about an hour ago that on my work computer lost in the fire was a digital template set that I didn't get transferred home and need! Hopefully someone can help me

Its a planner set, weekly and monthly calenders, my notes, my contacts. They are 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 templates.

I have a pic of one of the pages that will hopefully help. Thanks in advanced for any help you can give me

I'm not sure what you're asking. Are you asking who designed it and where to find it?

Mari Koegelenberg at The Digichick does planners though I'm not sure they're the ones you have in the photo.
