Project Life - Album?
Will you be printing your digital layouts into a photobook or are you putting them into a traditional scrapbook album?
I REALLY like the size of photobooks, but I"m wondering what I would do with things such as my niece's photo invite, or a pamphlet from a friend's Celebration of Life. I would like to keep those things and it makes sense to me to keep them in this album.... What have you done in past years? I have a few years of layouts and nothing printed. |

I'm putting them in the traditional pockets for that exact reason.

I'm doing a PL album with the divided pocket pages, too, but in the past I've scanned or photographed any memorabilia that I wanted in my digital albums. If you decide to go the bound book route and don't have too many physical things to save, you could look into gluing one of the plastic envelope page protectors (with the hole punched section cut off) onto the inside back cover of the album.

If you do full digital sheets you could also have the option of inserting some of the half page proetectors or smaller protectors throughout the album where you could place extra mementos

I've done pockets up til now with lots of memorabelia. This year, I think I'm going to print mine as a Shutterfly album, scanning most stuff to add to my digital pages. Then if there are a few very special items, I'm going to get a Shutterfly album with the pocket page at the back to keep them in. At least that's my current thinking.

I like the idea of the pocket on the inside. I am wondering if doing an actual album woudl keep me more motivated LOL. And would solve my issue too since I would be using a 3 ring album.
I love all these thoughts. thank you |
