Default Skinnytaste

Anybody else have the Skinnytaste cookbook or follow the blog? I got the book for Christmas, which prompted me to start reading the blog. I'm hooked!

So, if you're a fan, tell me your fave Skinnytaste recipes. I want to add to my list! (And if you're not, then I think you should be! Soooo good!)

These are the ones I've made (so far) and my family loved 'em all!

BAKED CHICKEN PARMESAN

BAKED CHIPOTLE SWEET POTATO FRIES

OVEN FRIED BREADED PORK CHOPS

BUTTERMILK OVEN FRIED CHICKEN

And I'm making these buffalo chicken strips later this week. They look yummy!

My whole family loves these Asian Glazed Drumsticks... though we always use thighs instead.

i love her Chicken Parmesan! I have been her stuff for years. I haven't as much lately because I recently went gluten free, but her meals are so delicious.

I've never heard of this either, but it looks like an awesome site! I love that she includes calorie counts because most food blogs don't and I'm obsessive about my calories.

I bought the cookbook a few months ago. I love it too. I'll have to look and see what my favorites have been so far.

We have tried some of her recipes and loved them. I used her Spinach Meatballs recipe and combined it with Paula Deen's spaghetti recipe one night; everyone loved it.

I've been following her for a couple years - everything I"ve made, has been a hit in my family... I got her cookbook for Christmas too (gift to myself. ) but haven't had a chance to make anything from it yet... got a bunch of freezer meals to eat up...

I have the cookbook and follow her blog. Honestly I've never had a bad outcome. I pre-ordered the cookbook and she sent out two sets of bonus recipes which thought was awesome.

I am OBSESSED with Skinnytaste! Here are just some of the recipes I've tried in the last few weeks, and honestly every single one of them was a home run!

Crock Pot Balsamic Pork Roast

Skinny Buffalo Chicken Strips

Orange Chicken Makeover

Cauliflower "Fried Rice" (Goes perfectly with the Orange Chicken!)

Chicken and Asparagus Lemon Stir Fry
