Help- my Mac has decided it will no longer
Copy/paste. Nope, won't copy paste. Acts funky when i'm in CS3 too. When I highlight the copy and hit control+C the box with the file info closes. I am very displeased to say the least.
Mac girls, please help,lol. |

Weird! Is it possible that your keyboard shortcuts got changed?

Anything is possible, lol. But I've sure no idea where to check, lol. I've tried clearing the cache, restarting, the whole nine yards. One just never knows what goes thru this machine's circuit chips, I swear, lol.

I'm so sorry. My CS3 went down today too. I've tried twice to reinstall it and it won't work.

This might be really dumb, and maybe you just mistyped, but to copy, you should be hitting Command+C (the Apple key) not Ctrl+C. Obviously, if you've been on a Mac for a while, you already know this. But, just thought I'd check.

Yes, make sure you are hitting Command +C and not Control +C.

If you go into the Apple Menu (top left) and click on preferences, then click on the icon for keyboard and mouse. From there you can check your shortcuts and make sure nothings been reset.

The feel of the keyboards is different between macs and windows and i was using that stretch that's on the windows keyboard on the mac's, and it was that that threw me off, lol. |
