Totally bummed out. :(

I purchased Julie and Kirstin's kit Under the Sea a few weeks back to scrap some Sea World photos from when my son was four. I had the cutest photo of him with the mascot and I simply can't find it anywhere. I've looked for a least a week now; I even reorganized all my photos, on computer and in my file cabinet, looking for it. Nothing. I have other pictures from that day, but this is the one I had in mind for my page. I'm starting to think I will never find it, so I am not sure what to do. Should I go ahead and scrap with what I have or wait to see if the picture magically reappears?

I would do a page with the pictures you have from that day. That kit is too cute to hold off on. THEN, if you find that picture you REALLY want to scrap then it can be on a page all on it's own. Then you will have a 2 page LO if you find it and if not, the event will be scrapped with a super cute kit. Know what I mean?? I really hope you find that picture soon though. I am sure you are going crazy looking for it.......at least I would be. ((HUGS))

I would be bummed too! Definitely heck your recycle bin to make sure it didn't accidentally get deleted!! I had that happen to me once, where I actually forgot to take an entire set of photos off my camera and deleted them. I didn't realize it for a month or two when I needed to use them (they were classroom pictures I'd promised to the teacher).

Aww, scrap what you have and THEN you'll find it. That's what always happens to me, I find the things I need when I don't need them anymore. Good luck!

So I did another, final search and then just scrapped the layout with out the picture. I did make sure that if I ever do find it, I can insert it in place of the current one of him.



I'm so glad I went ahead and did it because I am very happy with the layout and not bummed out about the photo anymore.
