Default Weight Watchers weigh in week of 4/8 to 4/14

Well it was a rough week for me this week, so i knew I would not have a big loss this week. I am down .6 lbs for a total of 8 lbs in two weeks. Hopefully this week will be better. So how is everyond else doing?

Today wasn't great...I used extra points for sure, but not extravagantly. Hoping to work it off this week. Holidays are hard.

Oh love that inspiration Julie!! Ya, I know it was a loss, I just know I could have done better, that's what I'm kicking myself about. I start the treadmill too tomorrow.

I don't' weigh in until Saturday - but I haven't been very good these past 2 days. So tomorrow is a new day and I will definitely make time to go to the gym And I want to really try hard to not eat once I get home from work (I get home at 10:30 pm and usually snack...and snack and snack. I think stopping that will really enable me to see a difference on the scale)

I weigh in Tuesday...I've been pretty good the past week but not TOO great today so hopefully I can do good tomorrow and today won't cause too much trouble...

Well I have used different types of remedies, but I just observed that you can lose your weight by exercise not any remedy rather than this.

Oh, forgot to add...I'm OFF of weight watchers for awhile. I'm being followed on this clinical trial for 6 months, but the first 42 days are the actual trial. I'm not allowed to be trying to lose weight during this time, so they can get an accurate idea of whether the drug has a side effect of weight loss. It seems highly unlikely given the type of drug it is but you never know. I'll get back to it when the doc says it's okay

I weigh in tomorrow and I am so nervous. I get easily discouraged when my weight loss isn't going well. I am an instant gratification type of person and I am constantly working to overcome this. Last Friday I went in for a meeting and weigh in and I had gained 2 lbs. I didn't even stay for the meeting because I was so upset. I went to my car and bawled like a baby on hubby's shoulder. Then to drown my sorrows, I agreed to eat mexican food. I consumed 52 points in just one day! Then I really felt crappy.

I have been SO good all week after that. Even exercising 4 days in a row so far. I am just so scared though that I will go in on Friday and the scale will have not moved or gone up again despite me staying within my points and exercising.

Hubby tells me to just keep at it that maybe all the weights and stuff I do are building muscle and that's why I don't always see the pounds dropping off....it is just very discouraging when you know you have done everything right and yet, the scale doesn't move or goes in the opposite direction.

Last week when I gained weight, I had run 13 miles that week plus other workouts, had 36 extra weekly points PLUS 34 activity points that I didn't use. I track every morsel that goes in my mouth and I don't overeat on my free stuff cuz I know the calories still can add up so I watch it closely. Sigh.....

I had my first weigh in yesterday and was down 3.6 pounds. I was happy with that especially because we had 2 birthday parties with dinners out and Easter!

I was on the verge of quitting WW (because I have not really followed the program) yesterday but decided to start over from the weight I was yesterday...I was a litte depressed when I got on the scale but it's a fresh start and I'm committed to lose this weight...

Congrats on the weight loss ladies...

Yea! Last week was just a bad week for me. I am so glad I was able to make up for it this week.
Down 3.4 lbs. this week! Woohoo!

And I got my 5% sticker.

Week 1 - 4.8 lb loss
Week 2 - 2 lb loss
Week 3 - 2 lb gain
Week 4 - 3.4 lb loss
Total lost on WW - 8.2 lbs
Total lost overall - 32 lbs

I lost 5.4 pounds this week!!! For a total loss of 25 lbs!!

I lost a daily point this week!!! Yikes! I am down to 26 point now.

Congrats to all of you! You are all doing a wonderful job!

I'm on the maintenance plan so I don't have any weight loss to post. I've lost a total of 36 pounds on WW and I go to the gym 5X/week and work with a trainer. The plan definitely works when you stick to it!

Well, I waited until the end of the day to post this. I lost .1 lbs this week, that is the .1 I gained last week. I am really struggling right now. It would be so easy to throw in the towel and say the hell with it, but I won't. I need to get back to tracking every morsel like NeeNee does. I am so close to my 40lbs!

Congratulations to everyone who is doing well. You ladies inspire me to keep trying.

Thanks girls! I am glad that I didn't give up and stuck it through til the next week.

Don't give up Lorie. You can do it. Just push through the bad weeks and stick to the program. I think it will all fall into place in future weeks.

Week 2 weigh-in today and I lost another 1.6 lbs for a total of 4.6 lbs so far. I used some extra points last week and was pleasantly surprised to see that I still lost. Down one pt from now on as well.
