Default ugh try to figure things out....

So I'm going crazy try to decide what I want to do...

I was offered a new job.

*the kick*

It's a level below what I was searching for *I know little steps*
I have to relocate *about 1 and a half from my home.
Its in a town I've never been or lived.

*the good points*
Its a company I've been wanting to work for awhile.
It uses my degree and makes me overqualified.
I get a new place.
It would only be short term while they trained me.
It's more money *not quite as much as I was hoping for.

should I do it... that's whats running through my head!! should I leave home, my job, my friends, and move for a new job to a place I don't know.. in knowing that this job will take me eventually where I want to go.

I hate jobs!!

Ugh, I know, Susan! I posted about my new job just a few days ago, only to eventually tell them yesterday I wasn't accepting the position. I'm interviewing for a *different* position with them, and for another company on Tuesday. Not to be a brat, but I'll probably be offered both jobs, kwim? (the one is pretty much in the bag). So we are having to decide the same things...one is closer, one is more money, one is the company I feel could take me places...etc.

It's hard when you have to factor in a move. The good news is that you can make new friends It's hard to make the responsible decision when it hurts your heart, but whatever you decide, it will be fine. Just remember that! Congrats! and good luck!

Oh thanks Lena great to hear I'm not the only one. I just have to think I know it will take me places and it will be worth it in the end

Yeah not to sound bad but it is in the bag. I've been offered twice now so I know that Tuesday the bottom line will be do I want this if so it's mine

There are alot of people who cannot find jobs no matter where they look (for instance 900 people were interveiwed for a management positition for Aldi Supermarkets and there were only 10 positions available!!) so honestly if you are being offered a good job and good pay I would defenitely take it!! Congratulations on the job offer and hope whatever you decide makes you happy!!

I would take it! Jobs are getting hard to find all over the place. If anything, it gets your foot in the door for more oppurtunities later.

Good luck!
