Maternity photo session: tips or examples?

Hey girls, I need help. My friend Lydie is 7 months pregnant with her first baby boy and I've promised her to make a maternity shoot when she's on leave (probably in june or july). I've never made maternity pictures, but I would like this to be special. She's not feeling very secure about her body and I know she won't make pix if I'm not doing them. Anyway, I don't have a very fancy camera, but I would love to have ideas for poses and any tips you could give me! TIA!!

I just quickly did a search on google for maternity shots and got lots of great shots up

look for examples on flickr. I did my own with my dslr, tripod and remote. You can look at my fb or flickr to see mine.

Yeah, Flickr would be a good place to look. You can look at my site, but I've only done one maternity shoot and it only lasted about 30 minutes because of rain.
