Don't forget, you can also change the size of the PATHS and CHANNELS thumbnails too. Although, for myself, I don't much care about the size of those, but maybe you do.

Have you seen Misty's tutorials? They're meant to teach you how to make a path to fit a shaped journaling mat, but you could easily select a circle and start from there instead of a mat.

Part 1
Part 2 (this one teaches you how to further customize the path if you have an element over part of the mat/shape)

Angie, check out this tutorial here on the SSD tutorial blog. It talks about a couple different ways to do shaped text, and one of them is the exact thing you're asking about.

I can't recall which program you said you were running, but paths are slightly different on CS6, so if the directions/tutorials are written for cs5 and before, you might possibly find yourself slightly stuck... if so, let us know, one of us can help you. Once you learn how youre going to say "it was that easy!??" ... I use to think they were hard so I strayed away from them, until I finally tackled it, and then I wanted to kick myself.

Just watch for load time... on some computers, depending on their specs, it will slow down the load time and even crash the program more often if it can't handle it well.

I keep mine on medium or large... Im scared to go to poster size, LOL!
