Default Today is the first day......
of the rest of my life. The rest of my life as a happier, healthier and sexier me.

Look what I did today:



I joined Anytime Fitness AND....it includes tanning! I worked out for TWO hours this morning, then tanned. AND....you know how my feet were swelling the other day? Well, they NEVER went down for 3 days, not even when I propped them up. BUT...after my work out this morning, they were NORMAL! Working out is AMAZING!

I am so excited and happy. Woohoo!!!

You go girl!!! I've been working out seriously for about 9 months now. I can really tell I have muscles now! It takes some time to see real results so stick with it!

Thank you girls! I figure since working out at home was not working (cuz I would make excuses like I'd rather browse forums ) I would try this. If I don't stick with it, DH will be very angry so I think it will be motivation.

My Mama is the queen of sexy grandmas. She goes to the gym to workout at least 3 times a week (with weights) and then does cardio every single day. Did I mention that she is in her 70s? Holy crap... she makes me look fat and lazy.

wow, that is awesome Eva! I saw a poster of a like 70 something old guy at the gym yesterday. Cover his face and Oh Em Gee. He was HOT! Six pack like crazy, you could scrub your clothes on it.
