Default Couple of Questions

I've got a few questions, I hope it's ok to post this here - someone feel free to direct me where I shoulda posted it if not

1- Where do you find challenges? I don't mean just on here, but are there any good sites that have album challenge ideas? All of the scrapping I do is for my kids/family, I haven't taken on anything for myself, and I think it's about time. Just wondering what ideas might be out there!

2- Does this forum have a "looking for" section or can you just post in this section if you are looking for a specific themed kit? I'm looking for a couple diff things but haven't found what I am looking for yet

3- Bloggers: If you are posting a layout of yours on your blog, and it is using a kit from a designer that you are not on their CT (since I am not on any CT's at the moment) do you post a link to the shop/designer or do you just state the credits as text? Wondering how much work/time I need to be putting into my blog if I just want to share my layouts on there =)

Thanks so much for reading!

Welcome to SSD!

Our portfolio challenges are HERE, and you can tailor any of them to be about you.

Some good links for All About Me prompts that I use, are:

http://daringtolivefully.com/journal-prompts
http://storycorps.org/record-your-st...r/list/#anyone
http://kellicrowe.typepad.com/kellic...u-want-to.html
http://scrapyourstories.com/
http://www.squidoo.com/journalwritingprompts

I don't post credits for layouts on my blog, but I do have a link to my galleries in the sidebar, so people can click on that if they want to know which kit I used etc.

If you're looking for a certain theme or kit in the shop, feel free to start a thread in this forum - everyone is so helpful here, and will certainly enable you as much as you want.

I hope that's a little bit helpful.

Jacinda gave you some great links for ways to include yourself in your layouts, but like she said, our challenges are geared to be very customizable - make yourself the subject!

When I post a layout on my blog, I include a link to the layout in my gallery so someone can click through if they'd like.

There is a search feature in the store that allows you to put in key words for searching for theme kits, but if you're not finding what you want, feel free to post in this forum that you're looking for something. Someone will be along in about 3 sec to show you stuff!!!

I'm not a blogger, but I'd say that the same rules/courtesies that apply to the gallery and forums would apply to a blog. So you'd be fine with text only. I only link credits when I'm using a CT kit.
