this is my cousin.. The video is a bit weird (shh sorry ryan) but the article has some good bits. He was voted Tampa Bays healthiest person and they did a little piece on him :] (bonus points if you watched who wants to be a millionare and remember seeing him on the show )

Very inspiring! I can't believe all the weight he lost. That's amazing! Those kids are really lucky to have someone who knows what they're talking about giving them advice. Who knows how much healthier they may be because of his influence?
