Is anyone else having problems?
Hey, I tried to add three of the new releases to my cart, and when I hit add it brings me to a page that says "your cart is empty".... I've tried it three times
Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing these issues too??? Thanks! And happy NSD |

Not this problem, but others.
I just had to be patient and now everything is downloaded. I guess everyone wanted to download at the same time maybe? And I had a lot

Yes, I'm having that problem. I have to be logged in before I add it to my cart in order for it to stick.
MY problem is that the FWP isn't showing up free. : ( I have $17 in my cart, but it's charging me $27 with the kit.

Hey girls,
If you're getting the your cart is empty error, try switching browsers or rebooting your computer. I had the same thing happen last night and when I quit my browser complete and restarted it, it worked fine. Also worked when I switched from Safari to Firefox If you get the error where the free gift isnt showing up in your account, empty your cart and start again so the free gift is added OR delete the freebies from your cart, pay for your order so it's over $10 and forward your paypal transaction receipt to admin@sweetshoppedesigns and I'll send you download links to your free gift as soon as possible. I haven't had that problem, but have gotten download error problems. But, I just finished downloading my purchases. The trick is to be patient until the server dies down a bit.

I finally did empty my cart. It just took me soooo long to get it filled back up, lol. And something new kept jumping in there. ; )

Oh thank you for the advice of switching browsers - it finally worked for me!! I've actually had the error about having an empty cart for a couple weeks, not just today! Now I know how to get around that problem
