Default Pinterest is Changing too

They've got a little link in the upper left corner of the page. They're smart to warn us, lol. They've learned from FB. It doesn't look life altering, but then again I don't need Pinterest to live the way I do FB. ; )

I'm not seeing anything on mine, Kellie - what does it say?

I can handle FB change with a bit of griping - but if Pinterest changes and it ruins my perfect life in my head?!

Well I loved the changes they made to the Pinterest app (no more crashing!) so I trust I'll like whatever changes they make. I wonder if they'll add the ability to make private boards? That's one a lot of people have been asking for for awhile.

What about having the ability to rearrange my pins without having to repin everything?

When I started, I had NO IDEA what kind of boards I would want, but now that I've been pinning for a while, I'd like to have some subcategories, like "Freezer Meals" as a subcategory in "Food". Even if I had to create a separate board, I just don't like repinning. I just wanna move it.

Ooo yes, drag and drop capability would be really nice too.

I thought you could already do that? Not drag and drop... but you can edit your pins and move them to another board... though you have to create the new board before you do that... but I've been moving mine to more specific boards w/o having to repin.

You're right, you can edit and move them. I've done that too but it's pretty slow and tedious because you have to do them one by one. It would be nice to have some kind of batch editing or something.

Oh, I totally agree... it's a pain in the rear the way it's set up right now... which is why I gave up on trying to organize them the way I really want them to be... it was taking tooooooo long... I would love to do batch editing or drag and drop.

I'm interested to see their changes. I stopped by for the first time the other day (having heard about it here) and left running with my hands waving in the air and shouting, "I don't get it!".

They need a big button on the top of the page that links to a page called "Pinterest for Dummies".

Can anyone copy/paste, or at least summarize, what the blog says over here? I've tried it in 3 browsers, for two days now, and it will NOT come up, and I don't know why...
