If you print pages to add to albums...
I'm considering going back to printing single layouts and adding them to albums, rather than printing entire albums as books when they are complete. Printing albums worked well while I was caught up (and I much prefer the look), but since I'm pretty behind and not scrapping chronologically it isn't working.
I'll probably do 8x8", but will also look into 10x10" possibilities since that's my fave size. I need recs for albums - brands or links to good quality albums and page protectors. Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I do this exactly because I don't scrap in order. I have these albums:
http://www.hobbylobby.com/Scrapbook-...-Album/p/18498 I took out the posts and put in retro fit snapload system in - much easier than post-bound albums1 http://www.joann.com/pioneer-snaploa...s/8074106.html Then I just buy the refill pages, take out the paper it comes with and put in the print. I don't have them in order within the book, but each book is a year (with a disclaimer on the titlepage of the book that they are not in consecutive order, but all from that year).

I print 8x8 with Persnickety and then put the pages in these Doodlebug Storybook albums:
http://www.scrapbook.com/store/db-27...=storybook+8x8 They come in a bunch of really cute colors, and I love them. You can find them for sale on several different sites, so just look around for the best deal. I've purchased them from scrapbook.com and from amazon.

Unfortunately, you're probably out of luck on 10x10's. I've looked before (though not in the last year or 2), and there just aren't any albums out there for that size. Since I can't find that, I print 12x12.
I put single pages in albums because I want my layouts to be in chronological order, but I don't want to wait 5 years to print each year's photobook! So single pages it is. My favorite albums are by K and Co. because they're durable and pretty. (I used to scrap 8.5x11 and had only a few solid color albums to choose from, so when I switched to 12x12 in 2011 I couldn't stand the thought of more boring, dark albums.) I tried a Ding binder for 2013, but it feels HUGE to me. My kids can hold a 12x12 postbound album on their laps on the couch, but they can't do that with the Ding.
