I usually do the 30-Day challenge done by Simple Green Smoothies. They have one that starts the same day but I'd be willing to give this a shot with you. I'll sign up.

Awesome!!!!
 My DH is going to do it with me too! He's interested. I also like the idea of trying a bunch of different smoothies so we don't get into a rut! Off to sign up!

Oh yeah....after a while you just start making your own without any recipes. When I first started drinking them I didn't know that I'd like them...turns out, I really love them!

Got my shopping list! We are headed to the grocery store tomorrow on our way back home. So far we've gone about 1700 miles on our road trip!

just getting into the smoothie thing here but mainly with fruit and fruit juices so far. May start exploring once my mum and I start our new healthy eating plan on the 1st
