Questions for students at the end of the year?

I need some help! I'm making a memory book for Kathryn's teacher with pictures of the kids, but I thought it would be fun to add some Q&As to each of them... but I don't have any ideas... What questions would be good to ask kids at the end of the year... about school/their teacher, whatever! Thanks!

*The only ones I've thought of are:
What is your favorite thing to do every day in class?
What was your favorite thing all year? (something like that)

It doesn't have to be favorites... anything! You guys are always so helpful, any ideas for me?

Ones I always love to ask kids is how old do you think your teacher is? What do you think she does for fun? What do you like most about your teacher?


Anything that make Mrs. So and So more of a human and not just a teacher to them. It is hilarious some of the answers you will get.

Oh, great idea! I'm making one for my son's class too. I made one for his Kindergarten teacher (he's now in 5th grade) and in that one, I made a layout with each student that had a letter/picture from that student in the pocket of the facing page.

You could also ask for "Favorite Memory" of XX grade and then intersperse the quotes throughout the book.

I love this idea. My son's "culmination" from 5th grade is in a few weeks, and I'd like to do more than just take a pic of him with his teacher and then have minimal writing.
