Default August Goals - Let's help each other out

I start off every year with a list of goals I want to achieve. I do great the first few months, some times even longer and then summer comes and everything goes haywire.

So I decided this morning it's time to refocus on my goals for the rest of the year (or heck, maybe just for this week or month). I could use a little support and friendship to help me through and I thought maybe some of you could use that too.

So let's share our goals and see how we can support each other and help each other meet those goals. I

August Goals -
Personal Body- focus on WW daily and try to be faithful to tracking, get back in to night time face routine.

Personal Mental Health - take time to call a friend weekly, go on walks or work out with friends at least 1X per week.

Work - focus on scheduling things more thoughtfully so that things work together (appointments in same areas on same days), support my team more and be more visible in the office.

Home - set up cleaning schedule, curfew rules, allowance routine (reloading debit cards for each girl), keep everyone on the schedule (even myself and Jason!)

Business - find a more regulated work flow and dedicate office hours (no FB and no LLR shopping!), get organized and planned out for Sept and October. Work ahead so releases are ready 2 weeks ahead of time.

My ongoing goals for the year are to:

1. Eat clean and healthy with a good balance with treats.
2 Follow a schedule for work (get off the computer for blocks of time each day).
3 Exercise (walking) with Taz daily.
4. De-clutter and organize home.

These goals are ongoing and I keep striving to achieve them.

1 ) lose around 8-10 lb this month and that'll be all my baby weight gone!
2 ) go to the gym, I signed up in June and still haven't been LOL
3 ) clear some junk from the house and make a start on painting one of the rooms, not sure which one yet as they all need decorated!

I am participating in 3 challenges right now... weight loss, decluttering and beauty/self-care. Accountability is great! I didn't have much of it over the summer and lost sight of what I wanted to accomplish.

I go back to work in less than 2 weeks so I do have a few short term goals based on that...

~ Finish painting my kitchen chairs (2 left of 6) and the skirt/legs for the table
~ Help the kids get their rooms in order before school starts so that they are organized and ready to start fresh
~ Finish putting away boxes of stuff in my room so that I can go back to work with a clean slate
~ Drink more water, add ACV to at least two drinks a day (trying to find a solution for hot flashes and ACV is said to help immensely)

My goals tend to be the same every month: eat less, move more, love hard, be better.

August is always crazy with my daughter's birthday & back to school (which are usually the same week) so we'll see how I do!

1.) Get caught up on editing.
2.) Continue to scrap! It feels so good to get back at it.
3.) Work on my PL.
4.) Read!

I sometimes feel like I'm drowning in baby-hood so I'm trying to find a bit of time for myself lately.

1. Do more normal things that have nothing to do with my divorce ie. see my friends, go to the gym, maybe even (gasp!) scrapbook
2. Move out
3. Start journaling
