If I'm stuck, I turn to templates or scraplifts. They get me out of my rut, into someone else's creativity, and usually help me set off on my own little scrapventure

I have no creative juices so I've been taking advantage of all the template freebies floating around out there on the designers' blogs and whatnot.

Scraplifting and templates help me a lot, too.

Other than templates and lifting (which I love!!!), I also like to just browse galleries to get a new "feel" for what I may do. I love artsy magazines and get ideas there, as well as the scrap mags that are out there (Bella, Artisan, DAM, etc) and even paper scrap mags.

Usually if I lose my mojo, I crawl into a hole until it comes back LOL. I haven't really found anything that helps me snap out of it.

But I have had templates and scraplifting suggested to me!

I agree...templates and scraplifting! I love doing the "Spin A Lifts" or on Dani's blog the "Tumbles"....something that makes me go into someone else's gallery...find something and put my own spin on it!

scraplifts do it for me. And sometimes I duplicate the theme of the page as well.

That's the time I always bust into my "favorites" folder and do a little scraplifting. That normally always helps me get some of the mojo back.

I find a new kit sometimes helps me although Ive got less and less to spend on kits lately. I try to make sure what I buy I REALLY love and Id be able to use it for several layouts.

New photos sometimes inspire too. Sometimes no matter how much I love a photo I just cannot scrap it.

If Im trying to start with a photo and not getting anywhere sometimes I will try to go the opposite way and pick out the other stuff and put the photo in last.

Lastly if all else fails a scraplift or template will usually pull me out of a creative slump
