Problems uploading to gallery
Hi,
I'm working on getting some of my layouts uploaded to the gallery and I am not having any luck. I go to the upload photos link, select the gallery (I've chosen a couple of different ones to see if that is the issue), put in keywords, a description, and hit Upload/Submit. It doesn't come up with a place to select the photos I want to upload or anything. It just says that the photo is being uploaded-when I haven't even selected anything, and then says it's done. It goes to my gallery and the one card that I uploaded a while back is there, but nothing else. I've tried searching for directions on how to upload to the gallery, but I haven't found anything. Any tips or tricks you can offer me would be greatly appreciated. I cannot figure out what I'm doing wrong. |

Don't know if this will be helpful or not, but the place to add your pic is now at the bottom of the screen (whereas it used to be at the top). The first time I tried to upload after it changed, I almost missed it

can you see the "select files to upload" button in the lower left corner? I know it took me a bit to find it after the upgrade to the gallery.

The "select files to upload" button is not on the screen that I am seeing. I did a screen shot of it, but can't figure out how to post that either

I uploaded my screen shot to photobucket and copied the IMG code. Then, I came here and clicked on the "insert image" icon (to me, looks like a postcard with a mountain on the bottom) and pasted the code.

I would email Robin at admin@sweetshoppedesigns.com... I'm not sure why you don't have that button and she needs to know so that they can fix you right up so you can upload to the gallery again.

I emailed Robin yesterday morning and I still haven't heard anything back. Any other suggestions? I just tried to upload again and still don't have the "select files to upload" button.

Hi Corey,
I dont have an email from you and I honestly have no idea why you arent seeing that button. Have you tried a different browser to see if that helps? Your account looks good on our end, so I dont know what else to suggest as it seems like it might be a browser glitch. Let me know if you have the problem across all browsers, Robin

Thanks for getting back to me Robin. I downloaded Google Chrome and it seems to be working with that. I emailed you at admin@sweetshoppedesigns.com yesterday. Is there a different address that I should use in the future.
