Oooooooooh I NEEEEEEEEEED those brownies. *sigh* Sadly, Jeff hates coconut, so I'd be forced to eat the whole pan... hmmmmm.... maybe that's not such a bad thing after all.

Well Laura, I'm right there with ya on being bad. I figure I've got another month left with an excuse to indulge, and I'm gonna take it. So, I will make either brownies or rice krispie treats. And I won't feel guilty about it.

I don't know about a recipe, but the store bought Cookie Time cookie that I'm eating right now is super yummy! ;D

I adore oatmeal cookies - I use the recipe right on the container of Quaker oatmeal. They're super easy to make and I don't feel too guilty eating them... oatmeal is healthy, right?
