Default If you could bring back any tv show..

What would it be?

I miss friends the most.. I think. Without fail I would always sit and just LAUGH. I don't really laugh out loud to many shoes but nearly every episode I'd be cracking up.

How about you?

(yes I am trying to work but obviously not successfully as I am posting random silly threads)

Friends & That 70's Show. I miss them so much, but Friends by a mile. I still love watching it from season 1 to 10.

That 70's show & Jericho. Although there are quite a few others that I miss too. Seems like every series I like gets canceled

Oh yah! I'll second both of those shows!

I was thinking 80's or 90's shows...Growing Pains, Full House.

But I would take Friends over anything!!

Magnum PI.

But not some lame re-make of it. The original. With sexy Tom Selleck in the short corduroy OP shorts and awesome 'stache. And Higgins and the dogs Zeus and Apollo, TC and Rick, and of course the red Ferarri 308. Now THAT was some good s$*t!!!

GILMORE GIRLS!! I ♥ that show!!

I also would love to bring back Felicity before it jumped the shark with that weird time-travel-potion nonsense.

Well Friends is the obvious answer here cause it's the greatest show EVER.

But I'm gonna go out on a limb and say Quantum Leap. It used to be my favorite show, and I actually cried when it went off the air.

Yes, definitely FRIENDS...it never got old or stupid...it was always fresh and funny from the first episode to the last...

Hmmm..probably the Dukes of Hazzard lol! My first crush was Bo Duke I had t-shirt with him on it when I was little and even had my own General Lee even though I was a girl

This is why I love Netflix (when I had it ) I caught up on great shows that I'd never known about.

Let's think of more...
How about Freaks and Geeks... so many folks got their start on that show...
and more recently HBO's Deadwood... what else?

Friends and Gilmore Girls are my most recent losses that I miss terribly.

I would love to have Party of Five or Sisters (with Sela Ward..anyone remember that?? Remember when George Clooney got blown up in that car?! ). Loved those two shows!

ooh, this is fun. Definitely the original 90210. Party of Five was another definite favorite of mine.

LOVED Family Ties and Growing Pains.

Oh, and Six Feet Under (from HBO)....terrific show!

Seinfeld! I LOVE that show!

Whose Line is it Anyway, I used to watch the old UK version, so when they brought it over to the US, I was stoked. I watch reruns on Youtube all the time, and crack myself up LOL

My DH wants a decent re-make of Knight Rider. NBC was doing a new series last year, and OMGoodness - it was SO hokey and bad!! He was so disappointed, lol!

Well I still watch Friends and Seinfeld reruns so I'd definitely watch new ones. Would also love to see more episodes of Arrested Development and Veronica Mars. Loved those shows. Oh and I want one more season of Gilmore Girls so they can do an ending that isn't ridiculously lame.

My first thoughts were Firefly and Babylon 5 because there just isn't enough quality scifi on tv these days. I'd like Enterprise too, if we can disregard the entire second season & pick it up near the end of the third.

Who's Line and MST3K would be awesome. I was so sad when MST ended, it was my late night tv fave

Friends
Everybody Loves Raymond
Whose Line

Seinfeld was great, but the last season...it sucked. I'd love to see it come back, but not if it was like the last episodes!

I also loved Homefront...ABC series set in the years after WWII, with Kyle Chandler and Tammy Lauren, among others.

What else...I really miss the Bugs Bunny/Road Runner show on Saturday mornings. Not so much for me, but let's face it...most of us grew up with that, and now it's gone.

And finally...'fession time...I USED to watch soaps ALOT (high school/college years). And while I haven't watched them in a long time, I was kind of sad to see Another World go off the air, and I was sad to hear that Guiding Light is being cancelled too...not because I watch it. I guess it's just the loss of another thing from my much younger years LOL.

If you have never watched Arrested Development and you actually have a sense of humor, you should go and buy all three seasons right now. You will not regret it. You will watch it over and over and quote it with your husband. In fact sometimes you will find yourself giggling in public alone because something reminds you of Buster or Gob or forbidden love.

It's so my favorite ever.

I saw two in the threads that I would wish for... China Beach and Homefront... Love, LOVED, those shows... I remember CB was on Wed and I had bible classes in the evening and I was always chewing on my nails to get home in time to see the show... LOL!

Here's one that I'm sure no one has heard of since it didn't stay on for long...
Pepper Dennis on the CW like three years ago... stared Rebecca Romijn... anyone heard of it??? I wrote letter after letter asking for it to come back...

I'm also upset about loosing Lipstick Jungle, Sunset Beach... and Scrubs... but I think that one is coming back...

Veronica Mars . It was a great show and I still don't feel closure from the ending.

While its not gone yet, I'll cry when LOST is over.
